Description: NJ Civil Service Job Specification Code 08053 Unclassified position. Under direction of the Board of Fire Commissioners, acts as chief administrative officer of the fire district. Acts as agent of the Board of Fire Commissioners in the administration of fire district affairs, integrates and coordinates activities related to purchasing, personnel, and budget.
